Work and Clients

Shaun is a Salaried Partner and Criminal Defence solicitor within the firm. Shaun joined Cooper Rollason in July 2008 during this time he has represented clients in the police station and Magistrates Court and has had experience of Crown Court cases, including cases heard at the Old Bailey.  Shaun also works with the Prison Law and Appeals department.
As a Salaried Partner, Shaun is responsible for many aspects of running the firm on a day to day basis.  On being promoted to Salaried Partner Shaun became one of the youngest ever partners in Shropshire.

Education and Experience

Shaun grew up in Telford and was educated at the Phoenix School, progressing onto New College to study his A Levels. On completion he then went on to read law at the University of Wales, graduating with honours.  Shaun completed the Legal Practice Course at Staffordshire Law School attaining a distinction in Advance Criminal Law and Practice and Immigration and Welfare Benefits Law. Before joining Cooper Rollason Shaun was employed by the UK Parliament.

Interests

Away from work, Shaun can be found on the terraces of a local football team or socialising with friends. Shaun is currently learning to play Golf. He is active within the local community and takes a keen interest in local issues.
