Joanne Higgins – Case Progression Officer

Work and Clients
Joanne is a Case Progression Officer within the firm. Her role involves liaising with Police Officers, the Courts and Prisons, and maintaining the administration of the files.

Education and Experience
Joanne grew up in Staffordshire and studied her law degree at Wolverhampton, gaining an upper second class honours degree. As part of her course she also volunteered as a Generalist Advisor at Walsall Citizens Advice Bureau. Joanne is currently studying her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Birmingham. Prior to joining the firm she worked as a Witness Care officer for West Midlands Police, and also has experience of working with both Staffordshire and West Midlands Crown Prosecution Service.

Interests
Outside of work Joanne likes to socialise with friends, and likes watching the soaps. She enjoys travelling abroad, and likes to keep fit.
